OPPO Mexico is looking for **Retail Operations Assistant** to join our team.
- **Advanced English required: conversational, reading and writing**:

**Skills and experience**:
- Fluent English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions (formulas, data organization)
- Drive licence (A type)
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the communication bridge between the manager, headquarters, cross-departmental teams, and external partners.
- Assist in handing promotional activities, inventory management system, follow-ups and basic after sale coordination
- Monitor inventory data and operate the inventory management system




- Coordinate in-store promotional material set up and price tag updates according to stablished policies
- Collect sales data during campaigns and generate basic analytical summaries
- Conduct Store Visits by vehicle, handle document deliveries, urgent supply pickups, and other fieldwork tasks
