**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
- Have a solid understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Preferably have certifications in ServiceNow Administration or Development.
- Experience in remote work environments and managing tasks independently.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
