**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the **full contract lifecycle**, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex procurement agreements (master agreements, SOWs, amendments, renewals, etc.).
- **Negotiate legal and commercial terms** with suppliers while mitigating business risks.
- Collaborate with **internal stakeholders** (legal, finance, procurement) to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update the **Contract Management System** and centralized document storage.
- Work on **strategic sourcing deals** across various categories (HR, professional services, IT/software, marketing, finance, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to **corporate policies, deadlines, and procurement best practices**.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Law, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of hands-on experience in **drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts**.
- **2+ years** in **strategic sourcing** within a large indirect procurement environment.
- **US visa** (Monthly visits to our headquarters in San Diego.).
- **Advanced English proficiency** (written and spoken).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of **legal and business risk assessment** in contracts.
- Experience with **Contract Management Systems** (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, DocuSign).
- Ability to work under **tight deadlines** in a **cross-functional, multicultural team**.
- Excellent **customer service skills**, including executive-level communication.
- Knowledge of **competitive bidding, supplier performance management, and cost analysis**.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,001.00 per day
**Experience**:
