Diseñar, implementar y liderar la estrategia de entrenamiento y desarrollo de capabilities para los equipos de visita médica y de visita a farmacias, garantizando la excelencia en ejecución, el fortalecimiento de competencias y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.
