TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new ME - tooling, that is including **the main responsibilities**:
- Take primary responsibility for the design and development of stamping tools such as deep drawing tools, cutting edge tools, flanging tools, forming tools, progressive dies, etc. Ensure tool design and tryout tasks are completed on time and meet project milestones for the Querétaro startup.
- Create part-based tooling designs in alignment with forming processes, and conduct FEM simulation (e.g., Dynaform) with support from senior engineers to validate tool concepts.
- Standardize and document tooling design best practices and lessons learned to support future projects and process robustness.
- Collaborate with APQP teams on new product launches, contributing to tooling design during the early development phases.
- Follow up on tooling tryouts and coordinate internal technical reviews to identify and resolve design and functionality issues.
- Cooperate closely with Product Engineers to review and refine product and part drawings,



ensuring manufacturability and tooling feasibility.
Carry out additional tasks and support project-related activities as assigned by team leaders or project management.
Any other tasked based on leader requirements
**The key and mandatory skills**:
**1.** **Having more than 2 years experience in automotive or mass production.**
**2. Proficient in the production process of tool stamping, capable of having quality methods to solve daily production problems**
**3. Proficient in preparing process-related documents (PFMEA/CP/WI)**
**4. Could individually use MS-OFFICE software correctly**
**5. Master the design structure of the stamping tool**
**Nice to have**
- experience with start-up
Important skill is English at least level B1 - understanding, speaking. The new colleague will have an opportunity to go to China for training in our production plant (Ningbo).
