TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new ME - welding, that is including **the main responsibilities**:
- Lead the structure design and review meeting of the dedicate welding/ assembly machine, and release the manufacture drawing
- According to the process requirements of the project, be responsible for the automation feasibility assessment and the creation of automation proposal
- Upgrade the existing product process to automatic commissioning or automatic control mode, and meet customer requirements
- Lead and coordinate the design / development and debugging of the automation project to ensure the completion of the project on time
Any other tasks based on leader decision.
**The key and mandatory skills**:




**1.** **Having more than 2 years experience in automotive or mass production.**
**2. Proficient in the production process of tool stamping, capable of having quality methods to solve daily production problems**
**3. Proficient in preparing process-related documents (PFMEA/CP/WI)**
**4.**assembly / welding / laser welding and cutting processes**
**Nice to have**
- experience with start-up
Important skill is English at least level B1 - understanding, speaking. The new colleague will have an opportunity to go to China for training in our production plant (Ningbo).
