**Job Summary**:
- This role manages the financial record keeping in both US GAAP and local GAAP, reporting, tax accounting and other accounting functions for the organization
- Ensuring the accounting policies, procedures and practices of the organization are followed
- Works closely with internal auditors, public accountants, external auditors, ensuring that accounting practices are in line with policies and procedures.
- Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the accounting staff, and providing for their career development
- Business partner that advises Sales, Credit, Operations, Customer Services, Collections, and other support groups.
- Supports the Core retail, wholesale, and Aftermarket services financing products.
**What will you do**:
- Review financial transactions and accounting entries
- Lead month-end close processes and procedures
- Review Account Reconciliations and dispositions of items should be known and timely resolved.
- Accounting expert that provides accounting and financial advice for all business groups within the organization.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continued learning with the staff.
- Manage the Performance evaluation process for the direct reports.
**Education Requirement**:




- Certified Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants
- Fluent English Level (Technical / Business)
- Master’s degree in administration or finance

- This position requires 25% availability to travel
