**What you will do**
- Lead and execute Atlassian migrations (Server to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud);
- Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, security schemes, and custom fields;
- Provide ongoing administration and support for Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian products;
- Manage user access, roles, and integrations across systems;
- Monitor and maintain on prem and cloud-based IT infrastructure and tools;
- Provide remote IT helpdesk support and systems troubleshooting for distributed teams;
- Implement and enforce security best practices and IT policies;
- Document processes and maintain system configuration records.
**Must haves**
- **4+ years** of proven experience with Atlassian product suite, especially Jira and Confluence administration;
- Hands-on experience with **Atlassian cloud migrations**;
- Strong understanding of **Jira** configuration, project setup, permission schemes, and automation;
- General IT administration skills including cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Okta/SSO, Zendesk, VPNs, AV, etc.);
- Experience supporting remote teams and managing remote systems;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment;




- Upper-Intermediate English level.

- Professional certifications related to Atlassian administration;
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
- IT service management certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation);
- Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP);
- Experience working within compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
