Your Role
Day to day responsibilities include working with the commercial team and visiting targeted customers, understanding customer’s needs, working with the producer partners, and conducting bench scale experiments when needed, to find the best solutions for the customers.
This is an onsite position with flexibility to work remotely as feasible, based in Mexico City, MX
May manage one or more lab technicians

- Works well with groups within the company (R&D; labs, business development, sales, and marketing)

Your Profile
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- B.S. or M.S. Degree, Food Science
- 10 years of experience in technical sales and product development with a food company specializing in functional ingredients
- Knowledge of food processing and operations
