In your new role, you will:
**Customer Collaboration**
- **Be the Customer's first point of contac**t for all demand fulfillment topics.
- Facilitate internal and external **relationship building**.
- Organize and **manage supply chain meetings**internally and externally.
- Identify and implement **process improvement**measures to **optimize customer collaboration**.
**Order Management**
- **Communicate**open orders, delivery plans, and lead times to customers.
- Drive the **r**eduction of demand-supply gap**s**; monitor on-time order fulfillment.
- Support the **implementation of supply chain concepts**.
- Analyze the global supply situation in times of short supply to **manage expectations and present available solutions**to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Initiate and **manage emergency shipments**.
**Support**
- Support **inventory management**initiatives.
- **Manage order handling**, complaints, and returns.
- Support customer **data maintenance**activities.
- Opportunities to participate in **special projects.
**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience.
- Effective communicator with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Team player with strong customer focus.
- SAP/ERP experience is a plus.A visa & passport are a plus.
