TAJCO is a Danish company and has started a new business in Queretaro in automotive industry - exhaust trims. We are looking for a new Technician, Equipment Maintenance, that including **the main responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance, maintenance, and record archiving and type-in the maintenance system, according to the annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plan and maintenance standards to maintain.
- Implement TPM activities, more than 30 minutes to equipment failure should be timely report to the superior leadership.
- Responsible for the safety management of equipment, the overall responsibility for operation of the equipment.
- To repair equipment failure timely, and participate in failure analysis. Major equipment failure should be timely report to the superior leadership. When for equipment repair, should be ready for the required spare parts, must do LockoutTagout at the scene of the repair and safety confirmation. ( whether you need to turn off water and electricity)
- In-depth on-site inspection and record the equipment operation situation, when find hidden accidents, should timely rectify.
- Responsible for checking the implementation of equipment lubrication and triple filter system




- Take an active part in technological transformation projects and put forward reasonable suggestions
- Comply with the recipients registration system of spare parts, found insufficient stock or need to use special parts timely feedback information
**The key and mandatory skills**:
**1. Have more than Two years of working experience in stamping tool**
**2. Must be capable of independently completing the assembly, testing and maintenance of stamping tool**
**3. Understand stamping equipment (debugging of punch machines and hydraulic presses machines )**
**4. Proved experience in maintenance (repair and maintenance of press equipment, familiar with hydraulic system)**
**5. At least 3 years of equipment experience in maintenance of conventional equipment or CNC**
**Nice to have**
- experience with start-up
Important skill is English at least level B1 - understanding, speaking. The new colleague will have an opportunity to go to China for training in our production plant (Ningbo).
