This role will lead and scale a product marketing team focused on developing and executing customer acquisition and engagement strategies, with particular emphasis on financial inclusion initiatives in Mexico. They will also drive data-driven marketing programs while managing and developing a team of product marketers. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the financial inclusion space
- Lead and mentor a team of product marketers,



providing clear direction, removing obstacles, and fostering career development
- Design and oversee sophisticated marketing programs incorporating: - Customer behavioral analytics and research - Retention strategy and execution - Personalization and targeting frameworks - Multi-channel marketing optimization - Creative and content development
- Partner with senior leadership across Product, UX, Legal, BD, PR, and Engineering to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Own marketing performance metrics and ROI analysis
- Drive innovation in marketing technology and automation
- Experience in product marketing channels, including Amazon Channels and mass media
- Payments industry experience
- Experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and deliver on time
