**Job Description (Summary)**:
The role of the Associate Business Partner is critical to ensure effective HR processes are leveraged well with individual customer groups to achieve business objectives. Our primary responsibility is to steward the HR processes to do this including being the voice of our employees and leaders into the overall processes. While individual HR BPs may get involved in other activities, the primary focus is outlined below.
**Activities**:
- **Talent Management & Development**: Advises and influences affiliate leaders on workforce planning, selection, development, and management to achieve performance goals, employee engagement, and key talent retention. Focuses on building a strong leadership pipeline.
- **Organizational Development & Change Management**: Influences business leaders to ensure site design aligns with strategic objectives. Leads continuous improvement processes, participates in business planning,



and manages organizational change initiatives.
- **Core HR Process Stewardship**: Oversees and ensures effective utilization of core HR processes, including performance management, compensation decisions, recruiting and staffing, employee relations, and learning & development.
- **Performance Coaching & Leadership Development**: Provides performance coaching to leaders on personal effectiveness and managing team performance. Facilitates succession planning and development of current and potential leadership talent.
- **Data Analysis & Employee Advocacy**: Utilizes metrics and data to drive positive workforce impact. Represents the "voice of the employee" to site leadership.
**Required Technical and Competency Qualifications (education, experience and/or training, certifications)**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP
- Experience in diverse HR topics (c&b;, recruiting, l&d;,change management)
