This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager
Lead a real Continuous Improvement project in a manufacturing environment.
Receive specialized training in Lean & CI methodologies.
Work in teams to solve industry challenges.
Present weekly updates to ABB managers.
Compete locally and internationally with top talents from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and the U.S.
Duration: 7 weeks
- Full-time availability required: 6:30 AM - 4:06 PM

Last three semesters of: Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Design, or related fields
Advanced, fluent, and conversational English (spoken & written). All presentations are in English, including the international final.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for Lean Manufacturing & process improvement
