**Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Leadership**: Provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- **Engineering Execution**: Drive the successful execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions.
- **Team Management & Growth**: Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into engineering deliverables. Present technical insights and project updates effectively.
- **Agile & Delivery Excellence**: Guide teams in Agile development, ensuring sprint planning, execution, and delivery align with business goals. Optimize engineering workflows for efficiency.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Act as a bridge between nearshore and onsite teams, ensuring seamless coordination, knowledge sharing, and alignment of engineering efforts.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously analyze engineering processes and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- **Risk & Issue Management**: Identify technical challenges, mitigate risks, and proactively address bottlenecks to maintain delivery timelines.
- **Technology Advocacy**: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and technical excellence within the team.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least **2-3 years in a leadership role**.
- Strong background in software development, system design, and architectural decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in **English & Spanish**.
- Preferred certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent.
