This Position reports to:
HR Operations Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid
**You will be mainly accountable for**:
- Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
- Administration of registrations,



cancellations, changes, and transactions in different insurance plans (Medical, Life, Dental).
- Support in requests for new food voucher cards and/or card replacements.
- Support in recurring Benefits processes in Brazil and Mexico.
- Administrative tasks specific to the area.
- Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
**Qualifications for the role**
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources or related fields (active student)
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in Human Resources
- You are passionate about data analytics, effective communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, results-orientation.
- You are at ease communicating in English
