**Responsibilities**:
- Planning/defining the operation mode of each process of the new product
- Responsible for updating the initial setup/trial production phase in the SAP and SFC systems for the new product
- Planning/calculating the production manpower allocation for new products
- Analyzing and reporting the factory’s production capacity related to new products
- Monitoring working hours during trial production
- Collecting and writing SOP information during trial production
- Proposing and implementing improvements in new product production efficiency
- Proposing improvements to production line balance
