As part of the LATAM Admin & Finance team, you will support processes for Mexico, Miami, and Rest of LATAM, working closely with internal administrative, accounting, and finance stakeholders. - Work alongside the Administrative-Finance Specialist to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Propose and implement client support solutions, ensuring timely follow-up and long-term trust.
- Communicate effectively across teams and maintain high standards of organization and accuracy.
**uD83EuDDE9 About You**:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.




- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiar with basic accounting and financial tools/software.
