**About this Position***:In the role of Logistics Execution Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational execution of logistics processes across Mexico, Canada, and the United States. This position demands a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving process excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development within the logistics function.
**What you´ll do***:
- Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics execution processes.
- Ensure seamless, error-free execution of operational processes to support business continuity and minimize disruptions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in cost efficiency, service quality, and process sustainability.
- Oversee the documentation, implementation, and compliance of standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence, process ownership, and accountability within the team
- Support capability development and training initiatives to elevate process execution maturity within the logistics function.




**What makes you a good fit***:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement
- Proven track record in leading teams, driving standardization, and delivering measurable improvements in logistics performance.
- Strong understanding of logistics systems (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS) and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
