**Position Summary**:
We’re hiring a **full-time UI/UX Designer** to take ownership of our product design across mobile app, mobile-responsive, and desktop versions of the Buzops platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to create elegant, user-centric solutions for real-world fitness business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web, mobile-responsive, and mobile app (iOS/Android) platforms.
- Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and visual consistency.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and UI standards.
- Conduct user research and implement feedback into the design process.




- Ensure all UI/UX designs follow best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and are scalable across devices.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design (SaaS or mobile-first platforms preferred).
- Proficient in Figma (our design tool of choice).
- Familiar with mobile-first design principles and responsive frameworks.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, or health tech industries.
- Knowledge of CRM, scheduling, or POS systems.
- Understanding of user behavior in B2B platforms.
