E **xperience minimum 5 years in automotive industry (must) as Maintenance Engineer Sr**:
Be good at Siemens PLC 、 servo system and image system, familiar with robot 、 hydraulic pressure 、 cylinder 、 magnetic valve 、 motors 、 sensors and other kinds of electronic standard parts;
Taking part in new equipment/tooling design review; Establishing equipment/tooling list; Debugging PLC program according to requirements;




Make up and update LOTO(Lockout-Tagout) ODS of equipment; train maintenance workers and other relevant persons;
Responsible for the troubleshooting of equipment failures (especially equipment failure problems with on-site downtime of more than 15 minutes) and summarizing of experience;
Responsible for the management of spare parts, formulating standards and plans for the purchase of spare parts and tools, and controlling the inventory of spare parts within a reasonable range;
Responsible for the standardization of maintenance files, recording, statistics, analysis and archiving equipment maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, PLC program files, etc.;
Implementing and continuously optimizing preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tooling; and continuously improving equipment efficiency;
Responsible for the reasonable configuration of maintenance personnel, and assigning maintenance and repair tasks as required;
Participating in training and assessing the skills of maintenance personnel to help improve their efficiency levels;
Organizing and participating in the commissioning and installation inspection of all facilities and equipment;
Participating in the assessment of dangerous sources of production equipment and formulating corresponding management plans;
Supervising and inspect the implementation of employees' safety operations to ensure that the equipment is in a safe production state;
