- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and actionable insights that enhance crew scheduling efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve overall flight reliability.
- Responsibilities: Understand and identify opportunities or challenges in crew planning that can be addressed through data-driven solutions focused on early value delivery
- Use statistical analysis to understand and characterize complex business problems
- Develop machine learning models or similar solutions in an iterative and incremental approach
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge methodologies and actively share knowledge with the broader team
- Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Economics, Sociology, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on predictive modeling and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Statistics, SQL, and Python
- Bonus if you’re familiar with GCP and Git
- Intermediate English
