You will be responsible for leading regional operations, creating and delivering value-added products and services for our customers, optimizing operating costs, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our employees — all in alignment with Techmer PM’s **Mission, Principles, and Values**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage operations across key areas such as Production, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
- Oversee budgets, KPIs, and long-term strategic planning.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
