**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Record daily sales and bank deposits
- Enter payables and credit card receipts
- Prepare and send sales invoices
- Post repetitive journal entries and net checks
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborate within a team on multiple client accounts

- Excellent written and verbal communication for client interactions.

**Tech Stack Familiarity**:




- **Accounting Software**: QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Yardi, Sage, Concur, PCLaw
- **Payroll Systems**: ADP, Gusto, Paylocity, Paychex, QuickBooks Payroll, Toast Payroll
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fired
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of experience with **QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)**:
- 3+ years of experience with **Excel**:
- 3+ years of **payroll** and **accounts payable** experience
- Advanced English required (written and spoken).
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min).
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Setting**:Fully remote
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CT.
Pay: $18,660.00 - $23,325.00 per month
