This position is full-time and hybrid, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose Of Your Work
As a Carrier Review Analyst, you will be responsible for viewing and maintaining carrier compliance tickets through structured workflows and established checklists. This role supports all Redwood business units, including Managed, Move, Multimodal, and the Agent Program, serving as a key control point between operations and carrier onboarding.
How You Make a Difference Everyday
- Review tickets submitted by Operations related to carrier onboarding, updates, and exceptions
- Evaluate carrier profiles in Highway and internal systems against established compliance checklists
- Identify compliance gaps, documentation issues, and risk indicators
- Ensure all required documents and certifications are complete, accurate, and current
- Perform ongoing file audits to ensure documentation remains compliant and up to date
- Update internal systems with review outcomes, notes, and required actions
- Conduct safety evaluations based on company standards and industry guidelines
- Verify insurance coverage, limits, and policy validity
- Flag carriers that do not meet minimum safety or insurance requirements
- Follow defined escalation protocols for high-risk or non-compliant carriers
- Clearly document rationale for escalations and decisions
- Communicate primarily via email with internal teams regarding carrier status and required actions

- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Clear and professional written communication (high email volume environment)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting
- Comfortable working within systems such as Highway, Zendesk, Outlook or similar platform tools.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or carrier compliance
- Familiarity with DOT regulations, safety ratings, and insurance requirements
- Background in administrative, compliance, or risk-related roles
