What You’ll Do

- Prospect and onboard new carriers and clients
- Negotiate rates and service agreements
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Monitor market trends to guide pricing and service strategies




- Collaborate with operations teams for seamless deliveries

Core Skills & Qualifications

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- At least 1 year in Carries Sales experiencie
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in logistics
- Self-motivated , goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Effective business communication in English (B2 level)
