Responsibility for the processes of Source, Make, Deliver.
Raw material planning:
- follow-up of releases with the suppliers,
- maintaining target level of inventory
- avoid production shortages and downtime.
Customer service
- Verify customer requirements and ensure timely production and deliveries
- Analyze the customer demands, transfer the requirements in a production plan and follow up on the execution.
- Ensure 100% delivery to customer on time, cost, quantity to achieve target customer ratings
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master Degree (International Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
- Proactive working style, result oriented
- Strong collaboration in a team
- SAP experience in material planning and / or customer service
- Fluency in English
- Performs well under pressure
