**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and support for Boomi integrations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, working with various stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- **Monitoring**: Continuously monitor integration processes, performance metrics, and logs to ensure smooth operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- **Enhancements**: Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
- **User Training**: Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on Boomi functionalities and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dell Boomi integration platform.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Boomi integration processes, including setup,



configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.
- **Certifications**: Boomi certification is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
**Additional Skills**:
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
- Understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
