You'd be joining a portfolio that includes over 35,000 auto loan accounts in the US-Mexico border region. Your main goal is to recover past due payments while offering solutions like deferments or modified plans to help customers avoid credit damage. This tole is about negotiation with empathy, not pressure.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide an exceptional customer experience within all communication channels
- Process all transactions and communications accurately
- Protect consumer data in all communications
- Promote good working relations with all other internal and external teams
- Perform other tasks and special projects as requested by Call Center Management to ensure proper functioning of the Department
**Position Requirements**:




- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months of collection/customer service experience in a call center environment
- Intermediate or greater knowledge of software such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Programs, and various Internet Browsers preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
**Operation Hours**:
Monday - Friday 6.00 am to 8.00 pm and Saturdays 7.00 am to 3.00 pm (schedule based on performance)
Pay: From $460.00 per day
