- Qualitest is looking for Senior Software Developers in Mexico City!
- Technical Acumen:
- Full Stack Development: Strong capabilities in full stack development, meaning proficiency across both front-end and back-end technologies. This includes experience with various programming languages, frameworks, databases, and deployment strategies to build comprehensive software solutions.
- Database Management and Scripting: Expertise in database management, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity. This also involves strong scripting skills for database administration, automation, and data manipulation.
- Reporting, Debugging, and Code Fixes: Proven ability in generating insightful reports from complex data, efficiently debugging software issues, and implementing robust code fixes. This highlights a meticulous approach to software quality and maintenance.
- Experience with other major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is also highly valued.
- Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- API Design: Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strategic Technical Leadership: Possesses a strong strategic mindset, capable of translating organizational vision into actionable technical roadmaps and architectural initiatives.
- Demonstrates expertise in identifying emerging technologies, anticipating technical challenges, and making informed decisions that align with long-term business objectives and drive innovation.
- Performance Management & Optimization: Adept at establishing robust technical performance metrics, monitoring system progress,



and implementing strategies to enhance system and team output.
- Experienced in conducting technical reviews, identifying architectural bottlenecks, and developing targeted solutions to maximize efficiency and achieve desired engineering outcomes.
- Diverse Organizational Experience: Has accumulated valuable experience across a range of large and reputable organizations. This exposure has provided a broad perspective on various technical stacks, operational complexities, and engineering best practices, enabling adaptability and effective integration into diverse corporate cultures and high-performance technical teams.
