We are looking for a detail-focused and experienced **Lead DBT Developer** to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and models using dbt and Snowflake.
**Responsibilities**
- Design high-level and detailed architecture for data ingestion, transformation, and presentation layers with dbt and Snowflake
- Ensure adherence to Data Marketplace standards, including schema design, naming conventions, and governance protocols
- Provide support for implementing dbt models, Snowflake objects (tables, views, streams, tasks), and orchestration workflows
- Validate designs and implementations against security, performance, and cost optimization standards
- Conduct training sessions to equip client resources during the build phase
- Deliver documentation and solution walkthroughs to enable client ownership upon engagement completion
- Participate in sprint reviews and standups to maintain transparency and project alignment
**Requirements**:
- xpertise in dbt and Snowflake for production environments
- 5+ years of background in Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and data modeling
- Knowledge of best practices in data governance, security, and cost optimization
- Proficiency in designing scalable data architectures aligned with marketplace standards
- Strong communication skills for effective training and documentation delivery
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
