We are looking for a detail-focused and seasoned **Lead DBT Developer** to craft, implement, and refine data pipelines and models using dbt and Snowflake.
**Responsibilities**
- Define high-level and detailed architecture for data ingestion, transformation, and presentation layers using dbt and Snowflake
- Ensure compliance with Data Marketplace standards, including schema design, naming conventions, and governance protocols
- Provide support for implementing dbt models, Snowflake objects (tables, views, streams, tasks), and orchestration workflows
- Validate solutions for security, performance, and cost-effectiveness alignment
- Offer training to empower clients throughout the build phase
- Deliver detailed documentation and solution walkthroughs for client ownership post-project
- Participate in sprint reviews and standups to align with project objectives
**Requirements**:
- Expertise in dbt and Snowflake with demonstrated production experience
- 5+ years of background using Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, and data modeling
- Understanding of best practices in data governance, security, and cost management
- Proficiency in creating scalable data architectures that meet marketplace standards
- Strong communication capability to deliver training and documentation effectively
- Upper-intermediate English language skills (B2+)
