The Digital Product Content Coordinator is a key member of the TestEquity Digital Product Content team and will report directly to a Digital Product Content Category Manager. This role supports our mission to deliver accurate, detailed, and enriched product data across a catalog of more than 200,000 SKUs. The product content must follow best practices and normalization guidelines before being imported into our Product Information Management (PIM) system. The main responsibility will be sourcing, standardizing, and enriching product attributes in English to:
- Improve onsite search and filtering.
- Boost visibility in Google organic search results.
- Provide customers with the information they need for a seamless shopping experience.
**Essential Duties**
- Source product content from suppliers via spreadsheets, portals, and websites and enter/import into our systems.
- Comfortable reading, writing, evaluating and communicating in the English language.
- Manipulate, transform, and normalize large data sets while following category schema guidelines and best practices in English.
- Engage with and take direction from Senior Product Content Coordinators, Category Managers and Product Management to build and manage products.
- Perform regular content quality audits on product pages and look for opportunities to improve.
- Meet monthly quotas for content quantity and quality expectations.

- Basic knowledge of online customer shopping behavior and digital product content.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); highly skilled in Excel for manipulating, transforming, and normalizing large data sets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent TestEquity professionally on English-language websites with copy that influences customers.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills across global teams.
- Comfortable identifying, managing, and escalating risks and issues as needed.
- High initiative, follow-through, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
**Education and Professional Experience Requirements**
- High School Diploma required.
- English C1 or C2 mandatory.
- Data entry experience required.
- Previous experience within B2B/Distribution a plus.
- Agility PIM experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Test & Measurement and Electronic Production Supplies a plus.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
