**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Application Developer.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fluent in English (Advanced) B2
- Expert proficiency with **SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and mentoring abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
**Location & Schedule**:
- Location: Remote in Mexico
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
