- This role involves working closely with Analytics Translators and other cross-functional team members to identify business challenges, design analytical approaches, and deliver models and visualizations that guide strategic decisions.
- Responsibilities: Identify and frame business opportunities that can be addressed through data science techniques
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Develop machine learning models or statistical solutions in an iterative and incremental way
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and analytics translators to ensure data-driven initiatives generate measurable value
- Stay updated on emerging methodologies, tools,



and technologies in the data science field, and share knowledge with peers
- Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data science or data-related roles
- Strong proficiency in: Statistics (hypothesis testing, regression, probability theory)
- SQL (querying, data wrangling, optimization)
- Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.)
- Experience designing and conducting experiments to validate results
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Advanced Spanish (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Good spoken English
