**About the Role**
Cincinnati AI is seeking a skilled and proactive iOS Support Engineer to provide dedicated support to our on-contract software engineers working with major U.S. banking and retail clients. In this role, you will act as a technical backbone, assisting engineers with troubleshooting, development challenges, and ensuring smooth delivery of iOS projects. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants in the U.S. while being part of our global support structure.
**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot issues related to iOS development, build processes, and deployment.
- Assist with debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with consultants and technical leads to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Document solutions and provide knowledge-sharing resources for supported teams.
- Stay updated with the latest iOS frameworks,



tools, and industry trends to enhance support quality.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in iOS development (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode).
- Familiarity with iOS frameworks, APIs, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with distributed teams across time zones.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
