**About the role**:
- As a CBRE Finance Manager LATAM, you will act as a key liaison, playing a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections, forecasting profitability.
- Perform balance sheet and P&L; analysis of critical balances to support operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial projections, forecasting, month-end close processes, financial reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other related functions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring accurate recording of all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period.




- Generate and review financial packages for accurate and comprehensive reporting. Prepare packages according to a schedule to ensure timely delivery to clients and management teams.
- Review and approve standard monthly accounting entries.
- Budget creation and management.
- Facilitate the reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
- Advanced English.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in LATAM, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management.
- People Software proficiency.
