Tribe BPO Solutions is growing and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our contact center team in Hermosillo. If you're ready to grow with a supportive and dynamic company, this is your chance!
**Training Details**:
- **Start Date**: October 20th
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Duration**: 2 weeks
- **Pay During Training**: $3,500 MXN gross per week
**Work Schedule & Compensation**:
- **Work Hours (After Training)**:
- Monday to Friday:
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 positions)
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 position)
- Must be available to work **every other Saturday**:
- **Weekly Pay (Operations)**:
- $4,500 MXN gross per week
- $5,062.50 MXN gross in weeks with Saturday shift
- **Monthly Performance Bonus**:
- Top 75% of agents earn additional bonuses
- Top performers can earn up to $200 USD/month
- Up to $650 USD during tax season

**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in collections, sales, credit, accounts payable, or related finance fields
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
