**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income, and cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and prepare required filings.
- Support HR with contract creation, insurance management, and employee payroll updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for client financial inquiries, providing clear communication and timely support.




- Generate financial reports with insights and recommendations for management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**.
- **6+ years** of experience in accounting, payroll management, and tax compliance.
- Strong proficiency in **Excel** and **Microsoft Office**.
- Experience in an **accounting firm** preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency**:English (90%) and Spanish**.
- Knowledge of **Nomipaq** is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment.
