**Detail Cleaning Services** is hiring a **Virtual Scheduler / Dispatcher** to join our remote operations team. You’ll be the **command center** behind the scenes managing schedules, supporting sales, and keeping communication flowing between clients and cleaning technicians.

As our **Scheduling Coordinator**, you’ll make sure:
- Technicians have balanced routes and fair workloads.
- Clients receive on-time service without disruption.
- Our master schedule stays optimized **7+ days ahead**.
- Last-minute changes are handled with calm professionalism.
Your accuracy and focus will directly improve client satisfaction, technician retention, and company growth.
**What You’ll Do**
- Answer and manage technician and customer calls daily.
- Build, update, and optimize the **Master Schedule** every day.
- Maintain technician consistency with repeat clients.
- Balance workloads (target 6.5 hours/day per tech).
- Plan for **Plan B** scenarios (flex clients, replacements, etc.).
- Prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure **zero bumped clients**.
- Support operations leadership with daily updates and reports.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Weekly pay**: $350 base + up to $50 performance bonus (≈$400/week).
- **1 week paid vacation** after 6 months.
