ACTIVITIES
Handle inbound customer calls, resolve general inquiries, and provide information regarding policies and accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Completed secondary education.
- Advanced English (B2/C1).
- Computer skills.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Must live in Tijuana or nearby areas.
- Must not have previously worked at Seguros Confíe (rehire eligibility may be reviewed).
