In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of complex industrial and commercial projects while working alongside engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary project teams. The Structural Designer interprets design intent and translates it into completed working drawings while applying established design principles and discipline standards.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently extract and analyze various vendor technical documentation,engineering data, sketches, notes and other input materials provided in English to determine and plan the best approach to prepare drawings.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to develop design templates, 3D models, drawing sheets, ensuring high levels of accuracy, data integrity, and cross-discipline coordination within the BIM environment.
- Create and maintain AutoCAD drawing templates, blocks, and layer standards specific to semiconductor facility requirements
- Develop design modifications and tie-in details for existing facilities using AutoCAD for renovation and expansion projects
- Perform routine designs including layouts, design plan views, elevation/section views
- Stay current with Revit updates, BIM workflows,



and emerging design technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.
- Apply discipline-specific design standards, codes, and best practices.

- Works under minumum supervision with work effort occasionally checked during progress and reviewed upon completion.
- Stay superorganized with the time management to multitask and meet design deadlines in a fast-paced envieroment.
- Excellent communication skill to coordinate with project managers, leads, and other design disciplines. May have minimal external customer contact.

What You Will Bring:

- - Bachelor´s degree in Civil engineering or Architecture compleated (or equivalent).
- Three to Six (3 - 6) direct years of experience in same activities within BIM enviroment as Structural designer or Modeler
- Prior experience within large-scale industrial projects (Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor industry).
- Prior experience as Structural designer / BIM Modeler / Structural BIM Designer / BIM Architect
- Prior experience with AutoCAD andRevit (both software are a mandatory request)
- Advanced English level (Will report directly to US)

- Desirable Skills:

- Experience with structural work on mid- to large-size projects.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and multi-discipline model coordination.
- Working knowledge of Revit for coordination and markup.
