Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient communications and streamline their appointment calendar. In this role, you will take ownership of existing patient calls and ensure seamless scheduling across two primary service lines. Schedule:20 hours per week (Fixed weekly schedule including Saturday coverage with advance notice):

- Monday:8:00 AM 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM 6:00 PM PST (8 hours)
- Tuesday:2:00 PM 6:00 PM PST (4 hours)
- Wednesday:8:00 AM 12:00 PM PST (4 hours)
- Remaining 4 Hours:Versátil within the week - to be discussed with the client once hired

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls/sms or text for existing patients across two primary service lines with professionalism and empathy.
- Own the full scheduling cycle, including booking, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments accurately.
- Maintain efficient provider schedules to minimize gaps and maximize daily appointment flow.
- Update and maintain accurate patient information and contact notes in our system in real time.




- Saturday Coverage: Provide dedicated Saturday phone and scheduling support to reduce existing weekend staff rotation (targeting every 3rd Saturday or full elimination for current team members).

Requirements

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills.
- Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in Colombia.
- Prior experience in patient scheduling, customer service, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Must also be available to work on Saturday hours as part of the 20-hour weekly schedule.
- High-speed, reliable internet connection (backup internet and power required), a quiet home workspace, and a working computer/headset.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, active listening, and a calm, problem-solving demeanor under pressure.
