**The Role**
We’re seeking a **Hotel Underwriter / Analyst** with a strong background in **hotel acquisitions, development, or conversion analysis**. In this role, you’ll evaluate deals, build financial models, and provide insights that drive **multi-million-dollar investment decisions**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Underwrite Deals**: Evaluate hotel purchase, renovation, and conversion opportunities using financial data and ROI projections.
- **Market Research**: Analyze comps, ADRs, occupancy trends, RevPAR, and competitive positioning across key markets.
- **Financial Modeling**: Build detailed pro forma models factoring in construction costs, operating expenses, and cap rates.
- **Risk & Return Analysis**: Assess potential risks, zoning/regulatory factors, and market dynamics to optimize investment value.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the acquisitions, finance, and development teams to ensure alignment on deal assumptions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare concise,



data-driven investment summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **hotel underwriting** or **hospitality-focused real estate analysis** (required).
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with key hospitality KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, IRR, and cap rates.
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: $92.96 - $200.00 per hour
