Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional facility strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead infrastructure projects including construction, renovations, and upgrades
- Supervise FM teams and oversee vendors and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage facilities budget and optimize resource usage
- Improve space utilization and real estate footprint
- Promote sustainability and emergency preparedness initiatives




- Evaluate FM performance and deliver improvement reports
What You Bring
- 5 years minimum experience in facilities or real estate operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of FM budgeting, planning, and vendor management
- Expertise in regulatory compliance, safety, and sustainability
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in facilities management systems and tools
