Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead and support ERP implementations (including WMS) for logistics and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth system integration and functionality.
- Provide sustaining support for implemented solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Generate reports and perform intermediate-level queries using Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business requirements.




- Travel as needed to support regional implementations and team collaboration.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience with Infor LN is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and logistics/manufacturing processes.
- Intermediate skills in Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a regional, multitasking environment.
- Availability to travel.
