Position Summary:

The Data Management CoE operates under these key objectives:
To transform data management processes to provide a frictionless transfer of client data; increasing accuracy and reducing operation costs to our clients
To reduce time to market so that clients can fulfill time sensitive marketing initiatives, maximizing the potential return on their campaigns
To provide industry leading fraud/counterfeit detection and identification to reduce risk and marketing waste for our clients, allowing them to reinvest in their business
As a member of the Data Management CoE, the Representative is responsible for performing routine tasks within various systems to ensure speed and accuracy of the data processing.
Primary Accountabilities:
Administrative (60%)- Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of client’s data- Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks- Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee highly visible projects- Miscellaneous Database update communications- Custom Reimbursement Amounts- Assess and process client’s special fees- Complete clam up process in the iseries (digital and paper claimed amounts)- Potentially interact with clients regarding data issues or requests
Operations (40%)- Responsible for making coupon processing decisions- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



as assigned- Alinea validations - Quarterly (per client)- Mexico Emulators/Special Payments/Reversals- Family Code (new or update)- Pay Decision Family Code Management- PAL Hierarchy- Pre-payment review- Pay Decision Management- Quality Control of Rebate forms- Assist and offer guidance and information to other team members with difficult or unusual situations, make decisions as appropriate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required- 5-7 years related work experience involving business account service, in-depth data analysis, or any combination of education and experience required to perform the responsibilities of the position- Web Research- Excel Basic to Intermediate- MS PowerPoint Basic- Knowledgeable in Coupon Management Web Applications a plus- Proficient with iSeries- Propensity for Learning- Good Written, Oral, & Presentation Skills
