Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Client Accounts plays a key role in ensuring our Digital Incentives and Rebates clients' contracts are evaluated and entered into our systems, as well as client contacts gain access to our portals. This role ensures IO's are set up accurately, additional information is reviewed, and timelines are met. You'll partner across internal and external teams to deliver results with precision, efficiency, and a strong client-first mindset.
Primary Accountabilities:
Operational
- Review Digital Incentives and Rebates net new and Renewal contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Vet new contracts by confirming a W9 is present and that the client name on the Salesforce account matches the client name on the contract and on the W9
- Escalate discrepancies proactively
- Support and reconcile invoicing inquiries across Incentives, Rebates and Media
- Proactively research and report possible invoicing errors which may be causing lack of remittance by the client leading to a loss in revenue
- Audit existing contract set ups as needed to ensure accuracy
- Report to manager any errors found or any client dissatisfaction notification received
- Set up client contacts into our platforms as requested, ensuring proper evidence of request is also received- Additional Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned- Complies with all policies and standards- Required Qualifications:
- High School required
- Bachelors preferred
- Less than 1 year in supporting client accounts or any equivalent professional experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
