**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field or similar experience
- 5+ years in an automotive manufacturing engineering role




- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with Class A Surfaces
- Ability to develop/mentor teams along with developing KPI’s to track progress
- Experience with customer portals
- Ability to travel (via airplane or automobile) for extended periods of time
- Solid working knowledge of Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement Tools (e.g. 5Why, QRQC, Kaizen, Fishbone, 5S)
- Working knowledge of relevant legal and customer standards
- Profound knowledge and understanding of relevant Quality Management Systems, Quality Methods & Tools, customer specific requirements and their implications
- Strong, data-driven decision-maker, results-oriented, analytical thinking
- Strong communicator, able to address different audiences effectively
- Knowledge of TS16949 requirements and internal auditing and Class A surfaces
