The Human Resources Manager acts as a strategic partner in implementing organizational culture, designing organizational communication policies to inform and motivate company staff.
- Manages compensation programs.
- Manages services provided to employees.
- Manages and supervises recruitment, selection, and hiring processes in accordance with the organization's needs.
- Designs motivation programs, social, cultural, recreational, and sports events.
- May be responsible for designing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and/or programs to comply with legal regulations and provide employees with a safe environment.
- Responsible for the training and development process, from identifying training and development needs to designing, implementing, and evaluating programs, as well as registering them with the relevant authorities.
- Represents the company before private, official, and educational organizations to promote its interests, establishing relationships and gathering current and relevant information.
- Develops labor management processes and procedures.



Responsible for interpreting and recommending labor policies related to collective bargaining.
- Develops and analyzes the performance of the human resources function through various indicators.
- Develops continuous improvement projects.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bilingual, able to conduct business conversations in English and Spanish.
- Five years of experience in a management position within the maquiladora industry, as a strategic partner to senior management.
- Team development and integration.
- Interaction with labor agencies and management of legal labor documents.
- Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the TRESS system, payroll processes, social security, and other labor-related agencies.
- Professional career completed.
